Nutrition Consultants of America, Inc. uses the best laboratories in the country for our patients. We are able to order laboratory testing to assess all types of conditions. Many of these specialized tests can be performed by our patients from home(except blood). The patient simply follows the directions for sample collection and then mails the sample directly to the lab. Results are sent directly to your doctor and he/she will write a report based on the results and make recommendations of what you need to do.

   These laboratories check blood, urine, saliva, hair, and fecal samples. Based upon the results of any one of these tests, our doctors will recommend the appropriate nutritional supplements to improve your health status. Hormone levels, digestive function, liver detoxification, heavy metal toxicity, intestinal permeability, oxidative stress profiles, immune system profiles, and blood chemistries are just a few of the many profiles/tests that can be performed. The results obtained from these tests help our patient's utilize nutritional therapies more efficiently and effectively.

   All new patients must have the initial laboratory tests done( can be ordered by clicking on Getting Started on the home page). After the initial testing, you can order any other specialized test. Your ordering will be reviewed by your doctor to assure you that the test is warranted for your condition. The doctor will then review the results, providing you with a copy and also write a report discussing the results and what they mean. Recommendations will be made with respect to what nutritional supplements you need to take.

   Remember, all specialized tests carry a price for the test and an additional fee of $99.00 for the doctor's report and recommendations.

   The total cost (test and report) will need to be paid prior to any test being ordered by your doctor. You can review all the specialized tests and their costs by logging into the members area after your initial testing is completed.
