Anti-aging
is the process of delaying the inevitable process of growing
older. There are many ways in which to achieve this.
One of the most important is to prevent cellular

Some of the greatest causes are tobacco use, drug
use, alcohol abuse, exposure to chemicals, impure

need antioxidants to replace electrons lost in oxidation.

contribute to sickness and disease. We know for a fact that cancer cells love sugar. A high sugar diet will promote the cancer cells to grow more rapidly. Limiting alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco use is critical in decreasing levels of free radicals. Restricting exposure to pesticides, preservatives and other chemicals (trans-fats, MSG) in our food, also has a tremendous benefit in decreasing toxic elements and free radical activity. Stress caused by physical, chemical, and emotional factors, is detrimental to our well being and health.
