ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure". Whomever
coined this phrase must have been a wise person.
How about the old saying " you are what you eat".
How true are these statements in today's world.
Today, we don't focus on illness prevention. We
are not proactive with our health but reactive.
We abuse our bodies with tobacco, alcohol, garbage
diets, high amounts of stress and then wait for
the disease to get us. Then, as if a light is turned
on we want to prevent it. Too late. Health care
in this country is reactive instead of proactive.
Once you have cancer you have it. You may be able
to prevent it in another area of your body but not
in the current location.

America today are correlated to lifestyle and diet.
If people would clean up their lifestyles and diets,
many of these diseases could possibly be prevented.
They need to make health a priority. Prevention
of illness is the way of the future and nutritional
